OVERVIEW

With mixed media and collages, author and illustrator Ruth Goring demonstrates to young children the various metaphors for God in the Scriptures. This is a difficult concept for kids to visualize but the author does a beautiful job of her attempt, a virtual feast for the eyes. It is a great start for young readers to understand the numerous ways God is described in His word.
