OVERVIEW
Rissi Dawson and Mason Rogers are Coast Guard investigators on the job when the life of an oil rig worker is lost in an accident. They are flown to the scene and immediately sense the tension between crew members.  And there is tension between them as well as their feelings for each other deepen.

Several things are causing this stress. Was it merely an accident? Is there really a curse as is whispered among crew members? Could it be the fault of the environmentalists who are threatening to stop “the plague on the environment” and halt their work?

Storms are raging, some weather-wise and others among the crew members. Can Rissi and Mason sort this out and bring a killer to justice?
