OVERVIEW

I have to begin by saying I didn’t expect to like this book, not really being a fan of stars. But Kathie Lee charmed me by her love for life, her friends and family, her dear husband Frank and the Lord. Each chapter begins with part of a song written by the author, something that relates to the subject of that chapter. The title, It’s never too late, refers to chapter headings: Begin again, Share your first love, Never give up, Tell the truth, etc. Lots of famous people make appearances in this book. Regis Philbin, of course, Hoda Kotb, the Kardashians, Evel Knievel, Howard Stern, the Kennedys and many whose names were new to me. Kathie’s life has not been without pain or tragedy but her faith has seen her through. And now that I have “met” her, I expect to continue to hear new and exciting things from Kathie Lee! A very interesting bio.
