She returns to her grandfather’s community where suspense unfolds, secrets, lies and even family murder. Madison has known since childhood that she was adopted but never questioned any of the circumstances.

When one of the crimes she is investigating turns violent, Madison is not happy about that at all, she thought she had escaped violence. And to have to work with her former childhood empty (who is now quite handsome!), is infuriating as well. But despite their attraction for each other, there is a crime to solve and truth to uncover.
