Overview:

August 1873 and after having traveled across the country on a wagon trail to escape their difficult pasts, Ginny, Maeve and Dakota begin settling in. Dakota, who led the wagon train, has threats that follow him since he killed a man in order to protect the others.

The women are hoping for asylum but Ginny’s husband is hot on her trail in order to grasp her inheritance. She enlists her friends to prove her sanity. And Maeve is struggling with her mother’s remarriage – eventually that means she reunites with Dakota, who she holds responsible for her father’s death.  Adventure, mystery, suspense and love, as well, all follow.
