Overview:
Sean of the South once again shares a southern story as only he can. Most southern fiction makes you want to slow down and relax on the front porch, but Dietrich pens a story that makes you want to keep reading long past your bedtime.
In Over Yonder, Woody and Carolina are two very different souls, one has just been released from prison, and one is just trying to survive the life she has been handed. But they find out that they have a lot in common and that is where their stories collide. I found myself cheering them both on even while I was yelling at them to stop making the decisions that were getting them in trouble. They are both very human with loads of baggage and faults, but ones that you want to meet and get to know.
This was my first book by Dietrich, but it most certainly will not be my last.
