Overview:

Authors Pathak and Runyon give clear directions and suggestions to Christians as to how to show our love to our neighbors, those truly living in close proximity. We are not to make then an evangelical project but rather love them as Christ has instructed us to. Block parties are one of their important strategies but there are many other ways we can demonstrate our love and Christ’s love to our neighbors. The study guides at the end of the book are another good way to discuss these ideas and put them into practice.

I realize this book is not the most recent on neighboring but after reading it, this reviewer felt it is important and should be recommended. I hope readers will agree with me.
