Checking In

Michelle Williams was a member of Destiny’s Child, one of the top R & B groups of all time. After the group disbanded, she continued to have success as a singer and later as an actress. While she felt blessed to have the opportunities she had, she struggled with depression. When she got to the point of having suicidal thoughts, she sought treatment and entered a facility to get the help she needed. Although she was a Christian, it was at this low point in her life that she realized she found the help she needed to live out the life God had intended for her.
