Introduction

Title: Legacy of Mercy

Author: Lynn Austin

Publisher: Bethany House

Publication Date: 2018

Format: Paperback

Length: 393 pages

OVERVIEW

Legacy of Mercy takes up where Waves of Mercy left off, Anna Nicholson engaged but focusing on other things besides her upcoming marriage. Things like the new information she has on her birth mother and her strong desire to discover the truth about her family. Anna is rather naïve, not realizing that her well-to-do adopted family and the family of her fiancée may not be happy to discover her base beginnings.

Anna is not the only character with struggles as her grandmother, Geesje, has brought a young woman into her life, Cornelia, who is beset by pain and grief and Geesje is determined to bring her through it, whole and restored.

Lynn Austin’s writing is, as always, a delight, rich and compelling and well researched.
