The author has divided her book into three sections: Discerning the lies, seeking the truth and Making the choice. The delivery is very organized and along with many appropriate Scriptures, Grove includes personal anecdotes and experiences. She covers all aspects of physical modesty as well as the attitude of modesty and even includes a note to men on modesty.
