After 5 years of living with her in-laws, Emma Woodson moves to Nantucket with her 5 year old son, CJ. She is being interviewed for a job at an art gallery, really her dream job. She is also hoping to rent and renovate the apartment over her garage. Emma receives the job and also finds a renter, Jameson Shaw, never knowing he is a famous photojournalist and he may be able to her in her new position in more ways than he could possibly know.
One of the conditions of Emma’s new job is to find an unknown artist for the upcoming showing. Of course, that is where Jameson comes in.
As expected, they become more than friends and romance is blooming but nearly ends when Emma finds why Jameson came to her in the first place–and his connection with her former husband.
