Hutcherson and Williams use their knowledge and expertise to guide those helping young people that might be facing anxiety, depression or even thoughts of suicide. Seen gives hope to readers with simple tools to help connect with teens and ultimately for them to heal. Lots of application exercises are included as well as strong and simple advice from the experts. This would be a good resource for anyone to read and keep a copy on your bookshelf to refer to.
