Overview:

The little girl in our story asks a lot of questions about God in the hope of understanding Him. But God is difficult to explain and some of the words used by adults about God are hard to understand, too.  Then she compares God to many other things that are not so easy to figure out-the sun, foreign languages, even relationships. But God is the hardest to explain. But accepting the mystery of God is part of faith, too, and knowing that God loves us is the best of all.

Illustrator Pang’s whimsical and colorful drawings add to the appeal of the book!

Rating:

4 out of 5

Suggested audience:

Ages 4 to 7

Christian impact:

The author attempts to show children that God is difficult to understand, like many other things in our lives, but that we know for certain how much He loves us.
