Overview:

The 1970s was marked by many transformative events and trends: cultural, political and economic including advocating for women’s rights.  Tissue is set right in the middle of all this, with our heroine Tabitha Bonaparte Hayes being promised freedom yet not really feeling very free. Who is that woman who looks back at her in the mirror? Tabitha wants to escape from her and escape from her family fortune and everything that goes with it. The solution-reinvent herself as a different person in a different place.

But we all know that you cannot run forever and that usually our past will catch up with us; even our faith catches up with us eventually. So this is Tabitha’s journey, one that will be mutual for Tabitha and for her readers.
