OVERVIEW

Brooke Danvers was hoping for an easy transition into becoming a law enforcement park ranger. That all changes when her father, a fellow ranger, is found dead in what appears to be a suicide. Brooke’s journey to find out what really happened brings her into contact with old flame Luke Fereday, who’s currently working undercover to infiltrate a drug ring in Brooke’s area. Working together to prove what really happened to Brooke’s father will be difficult… not least because neither of them is certain what they feel about each other.

Bradley has a knack for combining suspenseful crime plots with an underlying romantic story. She delivers that combination once again in a thriller that never lets up the pace, yet finds time for softer moments along the way. Since this is the first book in the start of a series, Bradley’s fans should have more of the same to look forward to soon.

An exhilarating romance-crime thriller.
