OVERVIEW

It’s all about the process. Retired Major General Mike Diamond and his son, Capt. Chris Harding, offer their battle tested strategies for effective leadership. A good leader needs balance. The beauty found within the pages of this book is that being a balanced leader means that the process of  good leadership is studied and practiced until it is understood and becomes second nature. Leadership is not  simply a God-given trait, for it can be analyzed and acquired. This book is not an instruction manual; rather, it is a guidebook related to how to be a strong role model, how to maintain noble ethics, and how to lead with fairness, proper judgment, and sound logic. The authors offer plenty of exciting examples from their time of service, as well as from the home front, as solid evidence to support their widely renowned reputations as expert leaders.  Although direct references to the Bible are not found aplenty in this book, the morals stressed throughout are in line with Christian beliefs and practices.
