Overview:

Three sisters, each grappling with issues due to marriage and finding the right mate. Tabitha Schrock has returned to her Amish community after a time in the English world and a divorce. She is a veterinarian, generally a man’s job in their culture and must gain the trust of the farmers. Tabitha knows, in this world, she will never remarry. Her sister, Amanda, enjoys helping Tabitha with the veterinary work but really longs for marriage and a family. Should she “put herself out there” and make her intentions known to a man who has caught her eye? Definitely not a typical Amish thing to do. And lastly is their youngest sister, Rose, beautiful and in what looks to be a perfect marriage. But looks can be deceptive. Is she really happy? And for all three, even if their lives do not give them the joy they desire, they are each, in their own ways, determined to follow the Amish tradition.
